Trial pack
The Trial Package – Orienting with ease and confidence
The Trial Package has been specially developed for new students who want to get acquainted with music lessons in an accessible and no-obligation way. This package is available for all instruments and singing.
What does the package include?
Two individual trial lessons of 30 minutes each.
Choice of all available instruments and vocals.
Ideal for both children and adults who want to discover which instrument suits them.
There is no immediate requirement to purchase your own instrument; we provide the necessary teaching materials and – if possible – an instrument during the lesson.
After registration:
As soon as registration for the Trial Package is received, the subject teacher for the chosen instrument or vocal part will contact you as soon as possible. The first lesson will then be scheduled in consultation at a time that suits both parties.
For parents and caregivers:
Parents/guardians are very welcome to attend the lessons, listen in, and ask any questions. A brief evaluation meeting with the teacher takes place after the second lesson. During this meeting, it can be discussed whether the student wishes to continue with lessons, whether the chosen instrument seems suitable, and what the possibilities are regarding scheduling and lesson times.
Invoicing and follow-up:
The Trial Package is invoiced in arrears. If the student decides to continue with regular lessons, the package will be included on the first invoice, along with the chosen lesson card. This way, you only pay after you and the teacher have decided to proceed. Should the student not continue after the two trial lessons, only the Trial Package will be invoiced.
Not continuing with lessons after the Trial Package:
If you decide not to start immediately after the 2 trial lessons, and do not schedule a first official lesson for the time being, you can request another Trial Package as soon as you decide you want to start later.
Not starting after signing up for Trial Package:
When you sign up for a trial package, we reserve a spot for you. Should you decide not to participate before the first lesson, we will still charge for the trial package.
Expiration of Trial Package:
As soon as the lessons have been scheduled and the customer cancels twice in a row, the registration for the Trial Package will expire. Repeated cancellations cause the start date to be shifted each time and make it more difficult to keep the schedule stable. To ensure that our schedules remain filled as efficiently as possible, in that case, new lessons can only be scheduled after a new registration. Any exceptions can be discussed in consultation via email.

LESSON CARDS
Leskaarten voor Privélessen – Flexibele en persoonlijke muziekeducatie
Onze privélessen worden aangeboden op basis van leskaarten, waarmee leerlingen flexibiliteit behouden in combinatie met de zekerheid van kwalitatieve muziekbegeleiding door een vakdocent.
Lesduur en opbouw

De standaardlesduur is 30 minuten per keer.
-
De lessen zijn individueel en volledig afgestemd op het niveau, de interesses en het leertempo van de leerling.
Soorten leskaarten
Er zijn verschillende leskaarten beschikbaar, passend bij de wensen en het lesritme van de leerling:

Leskaart van 6 lessen – Dit is de meest gebruikte en flexibele kaart, geschikt voor wekelijkse of tweewekelijkse lessen. (4 maanden geldig bij wekelijks gebruik 6 maanden bij om de week)

Leskaart van 12 lessen – Ideaal voor leerlingen die voor langere tijd willen doorbouwen en continuïteit zoeken. (6 maanden geldig)
-
Leskaart van 24 lessen – Voor leerlingen die zeker weten dat zij structureel lessen willen volgen gedurende een langere periode. (1 schooljaar geldig)
Een nieuwe leskaart kan steeds weer gestart worden zodra de huidige kaart is afgerond. Dit wordt stilzwijgend verlengd.
Qua geldigheid tellen de vakanties niet mee, een leskaart die in gebruik is kan worden meegenomen naar het volgend schooljaar.
Variatie in lesduur
Naast de standaardduur van 30 minuten, zijn er – in overleg met de docent – ook andere leslengtes mogelijk:

20 minuten: Vooral geschikt voor jonge kinderen, die gebaat zijn bij een korte, speelse lesvorm.
-
45 minuten of 60 minuten: Aanbevolen voor gevorderde leerlingen of intensievere begeleiding.
Wensen omtrent de lesduur kunnen tijdens de lessen besproken worden, of bij de start van een nieuwe leskaart worden aangepast.
Jaarplanning en frequentie
-
We streven naar 38 lessen per schooljaar bij een wekelijkse lesfrequentie.
-
De planning is afgestemd op de reguliere basisschoolvakanties en officiële vrije dagen in de regio.
-
Afwijkingen (zoals extra vrije dagen of verplaatsingen) worden altijd in overleg met de docent besproken.
Tweewekelijkse lessen
-
Voor leerlingen die liever om de week les volgen, is er de mogelijkheid om een leskaart van 6 lessen aan te schaffen. Dit biedt ruimte voor een rustiger leertempo of het combineren met andere activiteiten.
Stilzwijgende verlenging
Tenzij er tijdig een schriftelijke afmelding wordt ontvangen, worden leskaarten stilzwijgend verlengd. Dat betekent dat na afloop van een leskaart automatisch een nieuwe kaart wordt gestart, in overleg met de docent en volgens de eerder afgesproken lesduur en frequentie.

Leskaarten na de meivakantie

Let op: Vanaf de periode ná de meivakantie is het alleen mogelijk om leskaarten van 6 lessen aan te schaffen. Dit in verband met de beperkte resterende lesweken tot de zomervakantie.

Cancellation – absence from class and termination of lesson cards
It occasionally happens that a student has to miss a lesson. We have clear guidelines for cancelling lessons to keep the schedule manageable for the teachers and to ensure the quality and continuity of the lessons.
Cancel free of charge
A maximum of two lessons per school year can be cancelled free of charge.
These cancellations must be reported to the teacher directly and in a timely manner,
at least 24 hours in advance.
All cancellations not communicated at least 24 hours in advance will be charged. Exceptions to this rule can be made in consultation.
More than two cancellations per school year
In the event of three or more cancellations in a single school year, the extra missed lessons will not be compensated. These lessons will be counted as attended lessons and will remain part of the invoice or lesson card, regardless of attendance.
Teacher absence:
When a teacher is unable to attend, the music school provides a substitute from our own team.
You will be informed about this in time, and the lesson will continue as usual.
If you are absent from a lesson with a substitute, the lesson will still be charged.
Termination of lessons / non-renewal of a lesson card
If you decide not to renew the lesson card, please inform us in writing by email at info@muziekschoolcollab.com before the current card is fully used.
Refunds are not possible because there are still outstanding lessons on an active, already paid card. Completing the card is.
Cancellation without prior notice
If no cancellation is received (via email) and the student stops taking lessons without notice, a fee will still be charged.
In that case, 50% of the remaining amount of the current lesson card will be charged, or the lesson card will be deemed to be completed in full.
We kindly ask you to adhere to these guidelines so that we can optimally organize the planning and quality of our courses for all students.

Invoicing
1. General
Invoices are sent exclusively via email on behalf of Muziekschool Collab.
Payment is based on the chosen lesson card or package.
Payment on location is not possible.
Invoices must be paid within a payment term of 10 days.
Payment is easy via iDEAL: every invoice contains a secure payment link that allows you to pay directly via your own bank.
If an invoice has not been paid after 10 days, the debtor automatically receives a reminder.
In the event of any special circumstances or unforeseen events, we request that you contact us as soon as possible via info@muziekschoolcollab.com so that we can work together to find a suitable solution.
2. Invoicing of the Trial Package
The Trial Package consists of 2 lessons of 30 minutes.
The invoice will only be sent afterwards, once both lessons have been completed.
If the student decides to continue with regular lessons, the Trial Package will be listed on a single invoice together with the first regular lesson card.
If the student decides not to continue, a separate invoice will be sent for the Trial Package only.
3. Invoicing of lesson cards
Lesson cards of 6, 12, or 24 lessons are used.
Each new lesson card is invoiced in advance.
As soon as a lesson card is fully utilized, a new card and corresponding invoice will automatically follow (unless cancelled in time).
The chosen lesson duration (20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes) helps determine the amount of the invoice.
5. Invoicing upon cancellation or withdrawal
A maximum of 2 lessons per school year may be cancelled free of charge.
For cancellations that are not reported in a timely manner (at least 24 hours in advance), the lesson will still be counted on the invoice.
In the event of early termination without prior written notice, the following applies:
Whether the current lesson card is deemed to be completed in full,
Or 50% of the remaining lesson card amount will be charged.
6. Payment information
Invoices are sent exclusively digitally via email.
Payment is made via iDEAL, using a secure payment link in the invoice.
Cash or debit card payments are not possible on location.
If payment is not received after 10 days, an automatic reminder will follow.
In case of payment problems or questions, please always contact us in a timely manner via info@muziekschoolcollab.com so that we can work together to find a suitable solution.
7. Automatic renewal of lesson cards
Lesson cards are automatically renewed unless timely written cancellation is received.
Canceling before the start of a new card prevents automatic billing.

schedule lessons
We strive for a consistent and clear schedule, where the quality and continuity of the lessons are central.
Annual schedule and frequency
The goal is to provide approximately 38 lessons during the school year at a weekly frequency.
The lessons are scheduled around the regular primary school holidays and official public holidays within the region, so that no lessons take place during these periods.
Any deviations, such as extra days off or class rescheduling, are always discussed in close consultation with the teacher and, if possible, adjusted.
Schedule after registration
Upon receipt of the registration for the Trial Package, the subject teacher of the chosen instrument or vocal part will contact the student or parent/guardian as soon as possible.
The first lesson is scheduled by mutual agreement at a time convenient for both parties. This ensures optimal coordination and a pleasant start to the musical guidance.
Recording lesson day and time
The teacher is responsible for scheduling the lessons and determines the fixed lesson day and time in consultation with the student or their parent/guardian.
The availability of the student and the teacher is taken into account to ensure the most efficient and feasible schedule possible.
We strive for stability in the schedule so that students have a fixed lesson time in their week, which contributes to regularity and progress.
Changes and flexibility
In the unlikely event that changes to the class schedule are necessary, such as due to illness or exceptional circumstances, this will be discussed with the student and/or parent in a timely manner and alternatives will be sought.
The scheduling is therefore flexible, but always with respect for the agreements and the progress of the lessons.
This approach ensures a clear and transparent schedule in which both the student's wishes and the teacher's capabilities are optimally aligned.
PRIVACY POLICY OF MUSIC SCHOOL COLLAB HEUVELLAND
Dit privacybeleid is van toepassing op alle persoonsgegevens die Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland vanaf heden verwerkt van haar leerlingen, ouders van leerlingen en overige klanten.
Indien je gebruik maakt van diensten geleverd door Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland of om een andere reden persoonsgegevens aan Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland verstrekt, geef je uitdrukkelijk toestemming om je persoonsgegevens in lijn met dit privacybeleid te verwerken. Wij adviseren je om het privacybeleid goed door te lezen.

je naam en bankrekeningnummer worden gebruikt om betalingen van afgenomen diensten af te wikkelen middels facturering. Het bankrekeningnummer wordt niet verder verwerkt binnen Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland, maar wordt indirect verkregen middels de betaling van de factuur.

je naam en telefoonnummer wordt tot uiterlijk een jaar na afloop van de overeenkomst gebruikt om je te vragen naar je ervaringen met Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland en je te informeren over de ontwikkelingen van Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland.
Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland gebruikt je naam en e-mailadres om je haar eventuele e-mail nieuwsbrief met informatie over activiteiten, diensten en andere interessante informatie over
het lidmaatschap van Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland te informeren. Afmelding voor deze mailing is te allen tijde mogelijk door Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland hiervan op de hoogte te brengen.
2.4. Als de cursist les gaat volgen bij een van de Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland teamleden zullen zij in het bezit komen van de voor- en achternaam, telefoonnummer en het e-mailadres. Zij zullen hier zorgvuldig mee om gaan en deze gegevens alleen gebruiken om te contacteren over de te volgen lessen.
3.Bewaartermijnen
Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland verwerkt en bewaart je persoonsgegevens gedurende de duur van je lidmaatschappen tot maximaal 5 jaar na afloop van dit lidmaatschap. Aansluitend worden de persoonsgegevens vernietigd.
4.Beveiligingsmaatregelen en bewerkers

Ter bescherming van je persoonsgegevens heeft Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen getroffen.

Voor de verwerking van de persoonsgegevens maakt Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland gebruik van diensten van derden, zogenaamde bewerker. Met de bewerker heeft Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland een bewerkersovereenkomst.

Intern zijn alle persoonsgegevens beschermd opgeslagen op speciaal aangeschafte hardware die de veiligheid garanderen en achter slot en grendel worden bewaard.
5.Inzagerecht, verwijdering en vragen klachten

Door een e-mail te sturen naar Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland kan je een verzoek indienen om je persoonsgegevens in te zien, te ontvangen, te wijzigen of te verwijderen. Muziekschool Collab Heuvelland zal je verzoek in behandeling nemen en je, binnen een maand na ontvangst hierover informeren

Indien je bezwaar wilt maken tegen de (verdere) verwerking van je persoonsgegevens als bedoeld in artikel 2, kan je eveneens contact opnemen.

The group classes are a new addition to our offerings, and we are currently working hard on developing a suitable and varied schedule. As a result, there is still plenty of room for customization and forming new groups based on interest, age, or level.

Our group lessons are offered at various times throughout the week and are available for diverse ages and instruments. Examples include ensemble lessons, band coaching, vocal groups, or introductory groups for young children.
